There is plenty of science to back up the fact that the cells in our organs are replaced with new cells over time, so why can't those new cells be young and healthy ones? Personally, that's how I view what is happening in my body, and I'm staying with that positive image! :-) And during my dance lessons each week, I am completely in the moment, feeling young and alive and with the potential to achieve anything on which I set my sights. Dance truly is "magic!" Thank you for inspiring others to dance and to open their minds to new and uplifting beliefs.
